Warehouse Locations

We have warehouses located in the US, Germany, and Hong Kong. We prioritize shipping from the warehouse closest to your shipping address. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to ship from a specific warehouse.

Delivery Time

Delivery time consists of order processing time and shipping time. Typically, orders are processed within 12-48 hours, and shipping takes 3-5 business days. However, these rules may not apply to weekend or holiday orders. The exact delivery date will depend on the country of origin and the delivery address.

Shipping Options

We offer both free and expedited shipping options. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Please note that the system defaults to free shipping, but if you prefer expedited shipping, please contact us at order@wizmaker.com. The cost of expedited shipping will depend on your location and the items you order.

United States ( Not including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic.Please note that we do not ship to internationally, PO Boxes, BOX address, and/or APO or FPO addresses.

Order Confirmation

WIZMAKER will send you an order confirmation email within 48 hours of the order being generated. Please make sure to add order@wizmaker.com to your email white list to avoid missing important emails.

Handling Suspicious Orders

To protect our customers and ourselves, we have an anti-fraud system in place. If we cannot verify your payment information, we will contact you at order@wizmaker.com to confirm the authenticity of the order. Orders in this state will be suspended until the payment information can be successfully verified.

Taxes and Additional Charges

Depending on the delivery country, you may be required to pay additional taxes or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

Shipping Address

All items will be shipped to the address on your order. If you notice an error in your shipping address within 6-12 hours of placing your order, please contact us at order@wizmaker.com to assist you. After this time, there will be a $50 charge for re-delivery due to the change of address. If your goods have already been shipped, you will need to communicate with the carrier to change the address and may need to bear the possible shipping costs. We will assist you by providing the carrier's contact details. Please ensure that your information is correct when placing an order as WIZMAKER cannot be held responsible for any errors in your mailing address.

Pre-Sale Items

For pre-sale items, please refer to the information provided on the website as our shipping policy may not apply.

Promotional Items

For promotional items, delivery time may be extended by 1-3 weeks due to increased demand. Please contact us at order@wizmaker.com for more information.

Tracking Your Package

We will send an email with the tracking number within 48 hours of shipping. You can use this number to track your package on 17track.net.

Package Shipping Status

We're here to help you track your package every step of the way, but there are a few things we want to make you aware of:

If your package has been marked as “delivered” by the courier, we consider it delivered and cannot issue refunds, reshipments, or replacements.

If your order is delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged, you'll need to file a claim directly with the courier. We cannot be held responsible for these issues.

We cannot guarantee the carrier's performance or be held responsible for any delays or shipping errors. Unfortunately, we also cannot refund shipping charges for delayed packages.

In the event of an unexpected circumstance like a tornado, volcanic eruption, or heavy rain, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
